SHIPPING & POSTAGE

UK Orders
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24, a next-day service. Orders placed by 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Republic of Ireland & Europe
Orders to Ireland & Europe are shipped via UPS Express / UPS Standard and typically arrive within 1-2 working days.

Rest of the World
International orders are shipped via UPS Express, with delivery typically taking 2-4 working days.

We offer competitive flat-rate shipping fees based on your location:

• UK – £5 (Free over £150)
• Republic of Ireland – €7 (Free over £150)
• Europe – £8 / £15 (Free over £150)
• Rest of World – £15 (Free over £150)

RETURNS

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, with garment labels still attached and, where possible, in their original packaging.

We offer exchanges or refunds (excluding delivery costs). Please note that we do not cover return postage, but we will send out exchanged items free of charge.
