Beige/tan Levi’s 559 “Relaxed Straight” 5-pocket pants with classic arcuate back pocket stitching, red Levi’s tab, zip fly, and leather-like rear waist patch; visible wear/soiling and light stains concentrated around the lower hems and thighs.

Levi Strauss & Co. built its reputation on hard-wearing riveted work pants that became the blueprint for modern casualwear. The 559 Relaxed Straight is a later-era fit designed for comfort through the seat and thigh with a straightforward leg, echoing the easy silhouettes that grew popular from the 1990s onward. Details like the red tab, arcuate stitching, and Two Horse patch keep it firmly in the Levi’s lineage even when made in non-indigo colors. Today, tan Levi’s are an easy alternative to blue denim and sit perfectly in the current workwear and normcore revival, pairing well with boots, sneakers, and oversized outerwear.
